Employee programs

Pacific Mobile provides an environment for high-performing individuals where they will be challenged to continually improve and never stop learning with employee programs to support growth, safety, wellness, and volunteerism.


Pacific Mobile is proud to recognize the dedicated commitment and years of service of its employees. Service Awards are provided to employees upon completion of service of 1-year and then in 5-year increments thereafter.


PMSI encourages employees to passionately live our core values and behaviors. Our Employee Rewards Program allows co-workers to recognize each other for living our values by providing monetary rewards through our online rewards platform.


PMSI is focused on creating awareness to help our employees and their families make healthy choices and improvements to their health both physically and mentally. Our Wellness program allows employees to earn up to $1,000 in H.S.A. incentives from PMSI. Funds are deposited into employee’s Health Savings Account quarterly for participating and completing the Wellness Activities/Challenges.


At Pacific Mobile our commitment is to BE GREAT and to SERVE. We work together with a focus on connecting with our communities to make a lasting positive impact. Our Positive Impact Committee works diligently to encourage community volunteering through employee participation initiatives. Employees receive eight hours of paid time off each calendar year to perform community service projects of their choosing with a community service organization.


PMSI offers all employees a Safety Incentive Program that motivates and recognizes employees who actively put safety at the forefront of everything they do. The program is established each year with the goal of continually improving our safety culture by encouraging employees to work with safety in mind.


This program consists of the following criteria for drivers to earn monthly awards to achieve a Driver of the Year award.

Driver of the Year Award:

  • Zero at-fault driving incidents
  • Zero injuries
  • Highest cumulative score within our Samsara platform per defined telematics
  • Complete and pass online required training
  • Complete Quarterly Driver Safety Meeting topic provided through Ceridian
  • 100% participation in Monthly Safety Meetings

Monthly Driver Award:

  • Zero at-fault driving incidents
  • Zero injuries
  • Score of 95 or higher within our Samsara platform per defined telematics
